5.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the ski slopes, and the pool area was decent for relaxation. However, the rooms were quite dated and in need of some serious updating, and the service left a lot to be desired with rude staff. Overall, while I enjoyed the accessibility to the ski lift and local restaurants, the condition of the rooms and the unfriendly service made my stay less enjoyable.

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a family room that was quite spacious, but it felt very outdated and had issues like thin walls where I could hear everything from the neighbors. The decor definitely needs modernizing, and even simple things like the curtains were falling off the rails.
Service
5.0
The service was disappointing. Staff were unhelpful and even rude at times. For instance, one morning, a staff member asked for a tip for bringing a roll even though they had failed to provide adequate supplies earlier.
Location
8.0
The location was a huge plus—within a 4-minute walk to the slopes and close to several restaurants. It felt convenient for skiing and exploring the area, though the walk can be quite a hassle when you're in ski boots.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent if you could arrive early enough, but it felt like a lottery. Some of the warm dishes seemed to be leftovers from the previous night's dinner, which was less than ideal.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities included a nice pool area and a sauna, but there were extra charges for using certain amenities like table tennis, which felt inconvenient. Overall, the facilities were okay but lacked a welcoming vibe.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it a decent place for a group; however, it felt a bit tight for four people, and we were disappointed to find there was no balcony. The service from the staff was lacking, feeling grumpy and unwelcoming. The location was good, being a 5-10 minute walk to the main street and close to some shops and restaurants, but not ideal for those carrying skis. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I wouldn't rush back.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, although a bit small for four people. We missed having a balcony.
Service
5.0
The service could definitely improve; the staff seemed pretty grumpy and unhelpful.
Location
7.0
The location was good, about a 5-10 minute uphill walk to the main street, but a bit far for skiing gear.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was somewhat limited and not great quality, and I didn't eat dinner there.
Facilities
7.0
The pool and sauna were nice, but the sauna came with an extra charge.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, just a quick walk to the Main Street and nearby shops and restaurants, which I really enjoyed. However, the rooms were quite dated and had some issues, like thin walls and less-than-ideal amenities. The service left a lot to be desired, as the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, while it has potential due to its location, the comfort and service need significant improvement.

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a family room that was very dated, with thin walls that made it hard to get a good night's sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms. The curtains were falling off the rails, and the fridge didn’t work. Plus, the towels were too small for comfort.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was quite lacking. The staff didn't come across as welcoming and seemed uninterested in providing help or ensuring guests were happy.
Location
8.0
The location was quite convenient, about a 5-10 minute walk uphill to Main Street, and there were some lovely little shops and restaurants along the way.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit of a letdown, as the breakfast options didn’t suit my taste and seemed to be low in quality, possibly leftover from the previous night’s dinner buffet.
Facilities
5.0
While there were some facilities available, like a small sauna and pool, they seemed limited and not included in the room price, which was disappointing.

5.2/10

The hotel has a decent location, being close to amenities and offering some pleasant views depending on your room. However, the rooms were not as clean or warm as I had hoped, and the dining options could definitely use some improvement. While the service was friendly at times, it sometimes felt lacking, making it an average overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious enough but unfortunately not very clean. They had noticeable stains and just felt a bit neglected.

The staff was generally friendly, but communication was sometimes a challenge due to limited English. Service felt a bit passive; it was there but not proactive.

8.0
The location was quite good, just a short walk uphill to the Main Street with cute shops and restaurants along the way. Plus, it was close to where we could play table tennis in the evenings.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite disappointing; breakfast options were below average and the toaster didn’t work. It felt like the food was just reheated from the night before, and the coffee was not great.
Facilities

The facilities were okay, but nothing stood out as particularly impressive. It could use some updating to enhance the overall experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a decent location with a good amount of cleanliness. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, though I felt it could have had more amenities for a better experience. The service was a letdown, as the staff were not very friendly or responsive. Overall, it feels like a solid choice but definitely has room for improvement in some areas.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was large, clean, and had comfortable beds, along with a big balcony. However, I noticed that the shower was tiny and leaked onto the floor.
Service

Unfortunately, the service was quite rude at times, and the staff frequently seemed unresponsive and unfriendly. This really detracted from the overall experience.
Location

The location was good, about a 10-minute walk from the ski slopes. There were also some cute shops and restaurants nearby, which I enjoyed exploring.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left something to be desired, as it felt like the food was often recycled from the previous night's buffet, which was disappointing.
Facilities

The hotel offered some nice facilities, like a sauna and pool, although there was an extra charge for the sauna, which was a bit annoying.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk uphill to the Main Street with charming shops and restaurants. The rooms were warm and quite spacious, but a bit basic. While the staff was friendly, some services were lacking, particularly regarding helpfulness. The dining options were minimal, prompting us to eat out most evenings, but overall, it’s a decent place for the price.

I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean, but the room amenities were very lacking. The dining experience was below average, and the staff could use a little more friendliness. Overall, it could be a great place with some improvements, especially for the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were decent but lacked basic items like cutlery and dishes. It felt more like a budget hotel than something higher-end.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit hit or miss; while some staff were accommodating, others weren't as polite or helpful, especially in the dining area.
Location
8.0
The location was a real highlight—just a short walk to the Main Street filled with cute shops and restaurants. A bit uphill, but nothing too strenuous.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite limited, and things took a while to be replenished. There was a lack of variety, especially with breakfast.
Facilities

Facilities were basic, and while they had potential, they definitely need some upgrades to meet guest expectations better.

5.6/10

Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay with spacious and clean rooms, making it suitable for a group traveling together. The location is nice, being a short walk from the main street with cute shops and restaurants, but the dining experience was quite poor, and the service left a lot to be desired. There are some small details that could elevate this place to a proper four-star rating, but currently, it feels like there are a few too many shortcomings.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for a short stay. However, they did lack some essentials like bins, tea/coffee making facilities, and proper room maintenance.
Service
5.0
The staff was overall polite, but there were some rude interactions. Our main issue was with the food, which was really terrible.

The dining experience was disappointing, with poor quality food and limited choices. Breakfast starts late, which isn't great for early risers.

6.0/10

The hotel had a great location, being close to the ski lift and the main street, which made exploring really easy. The rooms were big and generally clean but could use some improvements in comfort. The service wasn't the best, with some staff being unhelpful and moody, but the dining experience was decent, offering a good variety even if it wasn't perfect. The facilities were okay, with some nice amenities but had extra charges that caught me off guard.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were large and generally clean, but the comfort level was more like a basic two-star hotel. A fridge was available, which was a plus, but the water ran cold quite often, especially during peak times.
Service
5.0
Service was a letdown; some staff were unhelpful, and I found the dining room staff a bit rude at times. There was no hairdryer provided, which was surprising.
Location
8.0
The location is really good—only a short walk to the center and the ski lift, although it can feel a bit far when you're in ski boots. There are some cute shops and restaurants along the way.
Dining
5.0
Dining was below average overall. On the bright side, there was a decent enough selection of cooked foods and cold items, but the quality of the coffee was disappointing, and there were issues like a broken toaster.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, with a good sauna and pool area, but just keep in mind that access to some amenities incurred an extra charge.

5.4/10

During my stay, I found the hotel in a decent location, although it was a bit of a trek to the ski lifts. The rooms left a lot to be desired, lacking important amenities typical of a four-star hotel. The staff were friendly most of the time, but some service experiences were not great. Overall, it was a not-so-ideal experience for a four-star rating.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean but lacked a refrigerator, and it was noisy due to the nightclub below. There were also a few missing features like bins and coffee/tea making facilities.
Service
6.0
Service was pretty unpleasant at times, including some huffing and puffing. I did appreciate when they brought a new roll, but asking directly for a tip felt awkward.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located at the bottom of a hill, which is further from the strip and ski lifts than I expected. It's about a 5-minute walk to reach them.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite basic, and the food was often cold. There was a decent selection of cooked foods and cold meats, but it felt hit or miss.
Facilities
5.0
